WHAT IS A PHOTO OP?
A photo op is a professional photo taken with you and the guest you choose. You get to pose for a photo with your favorite celebrity and then get an 8×10 glossy print of the photo at the show. The photo is taken with professional lighting equipment on a studio backdrop, and shot with a professional camera. The 8×10 prints are printed using professional dye-sublimation printers.
WHAT DO YOU GET WITH YOUR PHOTO OP?
You get your photo taken with the guest you have paid for and you also receive an 8×10 glossy print (physical print) of the photo shortly after your photo has been taken. Digital Downloads, Additional Prints, or Combo Packs (both digital download and additional print) are available as add-ons for an additional fee as well.
PHOTO OP ARRIVAL.
Please be sure to arrive at your photo op at least 45 minutes prior to the scheduled photo op start time. When you arrive in the photo op area you can check the line markers to see if a line has already started for your photo op. If there is a line, please simply proceed to the end of the line and the line staff will check you in. If you purchased VIP, be sure to get into the VIP line. If you have any difficulty please simply ask of on the photo op line staff.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO YOUR PHOTO OP.
All you need to bring with you to your photo op is your ticketing information. If you purchased your ticket on-line, simply bring in the printout of the ticket you received after purchase. If you bought VIP, there is a small photo op pass attached to your VIP lanyard. You will need to remove the pass and present it to the line staff when you get checked in. If you purchased your ticket on-site, you will need to present your photo op card to the line staff upon checking you in. Please try to limit carrying other items as they slow the photo op process. You will need to leave any additional items that you do not wish to have in your hands during your photo in a designated area.
WAIT TIME FOR PHYSICAL PRINTS AND PRINT PICK-UP
The typical wait for prints is around 3 hours from the END of the photo op. For example, if Stan Lee’s Photo op begins at 1:00PM but ends at 2:00PM, the prints should become available around 5:00PM. PLEASE NOTE: Wait times can increase or decrease based on volume of photos taken in a given day. You do not need to wait in the photo op area for your print, you may go enjoy the convention then return for your print at a later time. You will pick up your print in the designated print pick-up area near the photo op booth. If prints from the photo op you are waiting for are not yet available, please do not block the print pickup tables. If you have any trouble finding the pick-up area, simply ask one of the photo op staff.
DIGITAL JPEG DOWNLOADS AND ADDITIONAL PRINTS.
When your photo is taken, you will be given a yellow ticket with a number on it. If you have purchased the digital jpeg download or an additional print, you will need to redeem the add-on cards and your yellow ticket with the redemption attendant in the print pick-up area. If you do not redeem these cards, we will have no record of your add-on and it will not be made available to you. Digital jpeg downloads are usually ready about 7 days after the convention closes at the web address on your yellow ticket. Additional prints will be printed shortly after your card is redeemed.
DURING THE PHOTO OP
To ensure that everyone is able to get their photo, the lines will move at a very rapid pace during the photo op. Please be sure to listen for cues from the line staff and photographer, have your ticket out and ready. You will be instructed to place any items you do not want to hold in the photo in a designated area.
HANDICAP AND SPECIAL NEEDS
If you or someone you are responsible for is handicap or has special needs, please notify the line staff before getting in line.

THINGS TO REMEMBER:
Please do not bring gifts or props for the guests as they cannot take them during the photo op. Please do not hand the guest items or children to hold during the photo op. We also must ask that you please refrain from hugging or kissing any guests during the photo op. Only two fans allowed per photo. Absolutely no photos or video is to be taken inside the photo op room. Only the person(s) getting the photo are allowed in the photo op room. In the case of children getting a photo, the parent(s) are allowed in the room. For safety reasons, there are no strollers allowed in the photo op room. VIPs go in the VIP line for only the VIP package they paid for. If you miss your photo op time, we cannot bring the guest back to do a photo with you, be sure to arrive 30 minutes before your op.
