We do the work for you, all we need from you is power and a place to hold and sell the photo ops. We will travel to you and we bring all of our own crew and equipment. We will also set up an informational page ( example: click here ) to promote the photo ops lending to the success of photo ops at your event or convention. We can also deal directly with guests and or managers to help set up your photo ops.
We are currently working on a system for offering presales of the photo ops as well and hope to have it in place soon. We handle all of the distribution of payment to the guests, along with photo counts and other totals for both the guests, managers and the convention or event promoter.
Our friendly, professional, and experienced crew strives to keep a great atmosphere for the guests, their managers and of course the fans. We understand that this is often a once in a lifetime chance for the fans and we make every attempt to treat it as such. Our work does not end at the convention. We make ourselves easily accessable to fans after the convention ends to answer any questions via our website and social outlets such as twitter and facebook.
We are continuously pushing to upgrade and refine our system, coming up with great new ways to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Our goal is by August of 2012 to have even more equipment which will give us the ability to photograph and print over 4000 prints in a single day and offer two photo op crews at a single large convention or event.
